Websites
If you just want a website so patients can find information about you and their condition our PurpleSites Solo plan is ideal. Your new wesbite will provide all the information required by your contract and adhere to the latest guidance from the NHS on ease of use for patients. You can add new information whenever you want if you decide you want your website to do more. Patients will be able to easily find the information they need to get in touch with you through multiple channels including online, phone and visiting you.
It can be setup in a few hours (including migrating information from your existing website) and live in no more than a few days. It can take a few days for your existing domain name (for example: mypractice.nhs.uk) to propogate its new host around the internet but typically this only takes a day or two.
When the time comes you can easily upgrade your website to our Navigator or Group plan.
Digital Signposting
Digital signposting has been a core feature of our websites from the start. By encouraging patients to use your website they can access self help and you can signpost them to services which are most relevant to their need. Signposting can be to any relevant service whether that's a health service or a local voluntary or goverment service, for example, social housing. You can easily link them to another service's online services or website 24/7 without the patient needing to contact you.
Digital Signposting is available in our PurpleSites Navigator and Group plans.
Social Media
One of the challenges facing primary care is using social media to keep patients informed.
